The best way to describe this years crop is a "Daily Drinker". It has a great finish whether its straight espresso or with creamer. Truly a coffee that you can drink every day of the week and enjoy. Initially you will notice it has a smooth Brown Sugar Glaze sweetness. Following that is a very hidden Elderberry note, which is relatively muted through drip coffee and pronounced through espresso. Lastly is Cacao. The Cacao presents a well rounded profile of chocolate ranging from milk chocolate to bakers chocolate depending on the brew method.
