This washed Columbia, Four Brothers Microlot, is just slightly lighter than a medium roast resulting in a Medium Body. As the coffee begins to cool you will notice a complex and Juicy profile begins to emerge. At first you will taste Orange Blossom. Next you will notice that flavor shifts to a Himalayan Honeysuckle, which is a nice floral caramel taste. Lastly, as the coffee sits on your palate, you will taste a great combination of Lemongrass and sweet cream.
