Description
The Organic Congo Dry Process (Natural) is a very simple but enjoyable cup. Initially you will notice a brief Nectarine taste and that will be followed with a very heavy Dried Apricot profile. The Dried Apricot will linger for quite a while until your palate is overwhelmed with a very strong Milk Chocolate profile. This coffee serves great as Single Origin Espresso and also as pour overs. As the coffee cools (or is put over ice) the Nectarine and Dried Apricot will be more prevalent and you will also notice some Raw Sugar notes.
