Description
This natural process coffee is a fruit bomb. After a full 7-10 days for degassing, you will notices a very strong Red Currant profile. This lingers into something sweeter like Simple Syrup. It took me a while to figure out what exactly the last note was. And after pondering I realized it tasted exactly like Cherry Cordial which is definitely a unique flavor to sit on your palate. Although this coffee takes a week or longer to fully produce its best flavor, it will still taste very similar within the first couple days of drinking it. Its a very clean cup and reflects a Medium Body and as you will notice with first sip, a very Vibrant description.
