This dark roast Sumatra from Ribang Gayo is presents an incredibly clean cup. With a Round, Heavy Body the Ribang Gayo has very little acidity which makes for a great drip coffee or espresso. At first taste you will notice an intense Sweet Tobacco flavor. Not a pipe tobacco, but as if you took tobacco leaves and candied them, then tasted it. Right in the middle of the profile you will notice a refreshing Dried Apple note. And cap it all off with a Bakers Chocolate after taste. Truly a great taste.
