This Colombia Dry (Natural) Process coffee is a very extravagant crop. Initially you will notice a bold acidity that comes from Blackberry flavors. That note is then followed by a smooth Candied Lemon to round out the acidity. Lastly you will notice a hint of White Chocolate on your palate. This coffee is ideal for cold brew, pour overs, and experienced single origin espresso.
